Research On The Influence Of VAT On The Financial Performance Of The Network Information Service Industry

“Tax policy Value Added Tax”(VAT)is an important measure of the current tax reform in china.Since 2012,by pilot in Shanghai that VAT has changed to achieve its goal to lower tax burden,to achieve structural tax cuts and optimize the industrial structure of the target.However,the industry also has own industry restrictions to obtain income tax deduction and tax burden.Corporate tax burden directly affect the financial performance of the enterprise.Network information service industry as one of the industry's reform,VAT impacts on its financial performance,not only for the pilot program and the rationality of the test,but also directly related to the enterprise's business decision and development strategy.By searching and analyzing the financial performance of the network information service with "business change and increase",which is taken advantage of helping enterprises and adjusting their business decision,and make full use of the policy to complete the goal of reducing the tax burden and achieve maximizing the value of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper has significant and practical effect.In this paper,the network information service industry as the research object,VAT aims to impact on the network information service industry financial performance.According to the financial characteristics of network information service industry,the enterprise's profitability and growth ability were chosen as the financial performance indicators,from VAT's burden of taxation changes,tax deduction effects and tax rate changes in three aspects of corporate financial performance were analyzed.At the same time,select the 11 listed companies in Shanghai in the network information service industry as the research samples,for analyzing the sample 2011 and 2012 financial data,to take the method of empirical research.By testing the impact of VAT to increase the profitability and growth ability of the enterprise,the result show that the VAT overall financial performance of the enterprise to improve the performance of the enterprise.In order to deal with the series of impact of VAT,the article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the management of the network information service industry.Firstly,for completing and improving VAT,supply recommend and policy to improve the system design and increase the value-added tax system to improve service industry as soon as possible.Secondly,is from the perspective of enterprise how to deal with the camp changed to increase the point of view,supplying reasonable pricing strategy,changing business model to accelerate industrial structure adjustment,choosing good choice of suppliers,and the better effective combination of business investment and tax incentives.
