Nowadays, the market economy, competition, enterprise development is facing enormous challenges.It needs to improve work performance of each employee to enhance the effectiveness of the organization that makes enterprises have a place in the harsh environments. Studies have demonstrated the influence of personal values match the values of the organization's employees on individual job performance, but the values of the dimensions match the dimensions of job performance on the role of the specifics of how,and by what factors affect job performance, remains to be further the study.The research will illustrate the general situation of employees' person-organization fit and job performance. And to explore the role of organizational commitment and its two dimensions among person-organization fit and job performance.The results are as follows:(1) There are significant differences in gender, age, education level, marital status, nature of the company, size of the company, working years, position, income and other demographic variables to the independent variables of match values, mediating variables of organizational commitment and the dependent variable of job performance(2) Person-organization value fit and job performance were significantly positive correlation. Where in person-organizational value fit on task performance dimensions have a significant positive effect on the promotion of work and dedication and interpersonal dimensions no significant predictive power.(3) Organizational commitment and job performance were significantly correlation.The three dimensions of organizational commitment and the three dimensions of job performance has a significant positive effect.(4) Person-Organization value fit and organizational commitment were significantly correlation. The five dimensions of value fit and the two dimensions of organizational commitment has a significant positive effect.(5) Organizational commitment between value fit and job performance plays a partial role in mediating.
