The core competence of the modern enterprise is the talent.The enterprise wants to attract and retain talent,keep the advantage in the fierce competition,we must optimize and improve the performance management system,combined with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,on the basis of the theory and principles of performance management,establish a scientific performance management system of fair,reasonable and normative,and people-oriented,fully consider the employee's inherent demand.This thesis studies how to optimize the performance management of the retail account manager of L bank M branch.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,summarized the current situation of performance management at home and abroad,explains the research content and research methods;the second chapter mainly introduces the performance management related theory;the third chapter introduces the development status of the branch and the existing retail customer manager performance appraisal system;the fourth chapter introduction and analysis of the current situation of reform performance management branch retail customer manager.Due to the lack of advanced management theory,the development of evaluation indicators is irrational,the result feedback is not timely,the negative incentive to use excessive,lack of enterprise performance management culture.The branch of the retail customer manager salary level is generally low,the enthusiasm of the staff suffer power down to learn new knowledge and new business,the retail customer manager's quality cannot follow the pace of business development,the turnover rate increased.At the same time,the reasons for these problems are analyzed.In the fifth chapter,combined with the theory of performance evaluation system design,this paper puts forward the optimization measures for the performance management of retail customer managers in the branch.The sixth chapter is the summary,in order to help deal with and improve the existing branch retail customer manager performance management problems,work to stimulate the enthusiasm of the retail account manager,improve work efficiency,reduce the turnover rate.Reference to the performance management of other commercial bank's retail customer managers.From this point of view,the research of this paper has some practical guiding significance.
