In the process of production operation,any enterprise will consider to input costs and expenses.Modern enterprise management is the essential purpose of profit,and cost control is the basic guarantee of corporate profits.It is a the key to the normal operation of the enterprise,and through to the entire enterprise operation system.CQ oilfield is best known for low permeability gas fields in China,which is extremely hard development result in high production cost,and domestic and international crude oil prices have fallen sharply,cause its profit and the weak,the possibility of losing money.So strengthening the cost of production control of CQ oilfield has a pivotal role.On how to better carry out the policy of open source throttling,synergistic authors,this study based on the development status of CQ oilfield company,through literature search,field survey and qualitative analysis method and so on,first of all to CQ oilfield in recent years,the cost of production of various proportion cost information such as the trend of change the status quo,and cost control status quo,be the second based on the information of CQ oilfield production cost control system are analyzed,the problems of by analysing pareto method and cause its production cost control is difficult,the main factors of the cost of production rise and the cost of production in the future by exponential smoothing method to forecast and comprehensive research and analysis,again according to the analysis of the problems puts forward the corresponding solutions.Finally to do sums up the research achievements and for the future research are prospected.This study aims to bring the cost control adopted the related theory of CQ oilfield production cost control in the actual work,and hope can for the CQ oilfield and other domestic oilfield enterprise cost management to provide the reference and reference in the future.
