Study On The System Of Exploration Cost In Oilfield Enterprises

With the development of world economy, oil enterprises are now faced with great competitive pressure from home and abroad; the paradox between people’s great need of energy(especially oil) and the non-renewable oil and gas energy has urged the enterprises to improve the output efficiency, to strengthen the cost management, to take every measure to decrease the cost of oil and gas exploration to gain more market share and profit and win enough room for their survival and development. And the exploration and construction compressed space is smaller and smaller, exploration cost become the new profit growth point. Forwarding cost control node, strengthening cost process control become the only way for oilfield enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. China’s oil and gas reservoir has its own particularity and complexity, so we must combine their own actual situation and formulate the system of exploration cost control.This paper analyses significance of strengthening exploration cost control.On the basis of exploration cost control theory, and contrast exploration cost control level at home and abroad, we should strengthen exploration cost control. Once again emphasizes the environment under the big background in our country, oil field enterprises combining with the characteristics of the production and business operation set up suitable exploration cost control system. This system mainly includes three parts, the exploration engineering process control and comprehensive exploration investment decision-making control and cost control. The exploration engineering process control from a strategic height of the allocation of resources, to provide technical support for the exploration investment decision-making and provides the operation basis for the comprehensive cost control. On the analysis of the factors influencing the exploration cost, we design exploration cost control system of the method and model, finally summarizes for this article.
