On The Development Of "B&B" Tourism Industry In Ninghai County

With the development of urban and rural economy,people's living standards have been improved,and the demand for spiritual culture,tourism and leisure life has promoted the development of domestic rural tourism.As an important part of rural tourism,the development of B & B tourism has also attracted the attention of academia.However,the domestic industry seems to be booming,but there are all kinds of problems,how to maintain healthy and sustainable development,and further revitalize the rural economy,and truly meet the actual needs of the public,the Government must actively guide the operators reasonable business.This paper,taking Ninghai County as an example,analyzes the status quo of the development of the B & B industry in Ninghai County based on the survey data of the hotel operators and the public,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the development.Suggestions for the Government to actively nurture and guide the development of accommodation industry to provide the appropriate reference.Research indicates:(1)Ninghai County has rich tourism resources,abundant tourist potentials and relatively complete infrastructure for B & B industry,thus develop in large-scales and formed business models of the hotel,mainly "company + farmer","company + collective + farmer","government + company + rural tourism association + travel agency","farmer + farmer" etc.(2)Ninghai County has great advantages for B & B tourism industry: firstly location advantages,the County is located in the center of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,thus the infrastructure is more perfect,and the tourist potential is sufficient;secondly resource advantages,the County has all kinds of historical and cultural landscape,as well as abundant agricultural and forestry products;thirdly policy advantages,both Ningbo and Ninghai county have developed Policies for Promoting the Development of B & B Tourism Industry.(3)Ninghai B & B industry is facing problems such as marketing and promotion is of a single channel,B & B operators innovative awareness is not strong,the homogeneity problem of the style is serious,the overall competitiveness is small tec.The main cause is market blindness and lack of innovation of the B & B operators.(4)In order to promote the sustainable development of Ninghai County's B & B industry,it issuggested that firstly,the B & B operator should actively establish the strategic brand,explore the market,and develop innovative,resource-saving and environment-friendly B & B industry.Secondly,government departments should actively guide the development of B & B industry,do a good job in helping and supporting the work;standardize the market order,strengthen the comprehensive quality and service standards of tourism management,actively promote rural tourism service level internationalized and standardized,safeguard the rights and interests of tourists,and help with the publicity of B & B brand management.Last but not the least,develop according to the local conditions,establish B & B of local characteristics,and thus develop B & B industry in diversification and characteristics.
