Land Security Assessment In The Border Areas Of Guangxi

Land security is the important content in national security system,but also the fundamental guarantee of national security.In recent years,because of the global population increase,increasing the level of urbanization,the rapid development of industrialization process,makes the human to exploit and utilize land intensity increased,the resulting land security problems gradually emerge.Because of the border as the forefront of national security,so to ensure the safety of border land is of great significance to safeguard national security.In the Party Central Committee current under the background of highly emphasized we must strengthen state security,the border areas of land security has caused extensive concern of the government and academia.This paper choose the borders of Guangxi as research area,key reference Tan Rong write "China's land security review",this article embarks from the economic,social and ecological three levels,combining with the characteristics of the study area of land security and fully consider the potential impact of human activities and land security factor,selected 17 land security evaluation index to construct the evaluation index system,using entropy weight method to calculate various levels and the importance of each index.Based on matter-element theory to build the border region of Guangxi land security evaluation model,on the border region of Guangxi land from 2000 to 2014 to evaluate the security situation,in-depth analysis of the dynamic change law of land security.As evaluation unit,and further to county administrative region of the border region of Guangxi 8 counties(cities,districts)in 2000,2005,2010,2014 land security evaluation,analyzes the border region of Guangxi land security spatial differences in law,in order to achieve the sustainable utilization of land,developing regional ecological environmental protection,promote the land border security,provide reference and scientific basis for improving the national security system.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)During the period of 2000 ~ 2014,the border region of Guangxi land security level is slowly rising trend,land security status from "unsafe" to "essential safety",security levels are between 1 to 0,it shows that the security situation is not completely in line with "unsafe" or "essential safety" requirements.Compared with 2000,2014,the border region of Guangxi land security level relative to the and interchange,numerical weakened gradually,thethree levels of the relative to membership in the enhancement of and.Guangxi borderareas in the country,therefore,the development of the western region and border support policy support,by controlling the returning farmland to forest,land,focus on strengthening the environmental protection,making the region the improvement of the land security system have begun to pay off.(2)8 counties(cities,districts)in Guangxi border land security situation is not the same,but on the whole,have improved.In 2000 and 2000,8 counties(cities,districts)of land security situation in the "unsafe" state;In 2010,Napo country,Longzhou county,Pingxiang county,Ningming county land security situation has improved.However,land security level has been raised to the state of the "less safe";In 2014,the last in addition to municipal district land security status for "close to security",the rest of the seven counties(cities,districts)of land security levels are reached the "safer" level.(3)Affect the border region of Guangxi land safety level of the main restriction of many factors,including the cultivated land area and unit area grain yield per capita arable land area,the unit of applying fertilizer content,rate of reserve land resources,economic density,elastic construction land border trade,urbanization rate and so on.
