Study On The Development Of Village Collective Economy In Wenzhou City

Village collective economy is the basic part of the rural economy and it is the important part of the socialist market economy,which plays a vital role on the development of the rural economy.After the reform of the opening up,the village collective economy witnessed explosive development and presented a high economic growth and farmers' income growth.But,objectively,due to the reason as the society,resources,fund and etc.,there are still many problems to the village collective economic development.So it is very necessary to make a research on the village collective economic development,through analyzing the existing issues so as to find out the relevant solutions.This paper takes Wenzhou city in Zhejiang Province as an example.It researches on the development of the village collective economy.All this paper discusses five aspects: First,it sorts out the important phrases of the rural economy development in every period at home.And the existing issues of the domestic rural economy,the common patterns of development,the feasibility research also the trend in the future.Furthermore,it summarizes the theoretical research on collective economy and cooperative at home and abroad.Second,it shows the present condition of the patterns village collective economy in Zhejiang province,some typical cases and enlightenments.Third,it analyses the current situation of Wenzhou village collective economy development and presents three typical patterns: to develop based on E-commerce in Xiao village in Qiaoxia subdistrict,to develop based on tourism industry in Xiarichuan village in Yantou subdistrict,to develop based on real estate in Hetou village in Quxi subdistrict.This paper classifies the villages in Wenzou into four kinds as village in the city,central village in town,suburban village,and village in remote mountain areas,and it also lists their promotional valve.Fourth,it reviews four main issues in village collection in Wenzhou.Fifth,it raises six specific solutions.1: Adjust measures to local conditions and develop on the specialty industry.2:Depend on the village property and develop on the real estate of the village.3: Depend on the nature resource and develop on the tourism industry.4: Strengthen the government support and optimize the development environment.5: Make strict regulation and standard and to avoid the loss of collective assets.6: increase the talent cultivation and play the leading role.
