Problems And Countermeasure Of Animal Husbandry Development In Nancheng County Of Jiangxi

Relying on the Nancheng County of Jiangxi Province as the first county in the province’s advantage of laying hens.In this paper,the method of field investigation and statistical was used to analysis,Visited the animal husbandry industry which has many years of experience in breeding farmers,listen to the wise remark of them,By recording and collecting information about animal husbandry development in person.The distribution of pigs,cattle,sheep and poultry,the amount of poultry,the amount of slaughter,the distribution of eggs and pig farms in different periods from 2014 to 2016 of nancheng,and the annual output of meat,milk and eggs were investigated,The results showed that compared with 2014,the slaughter rate of pigs and cattle showed an upward trend,while the slaughter rate of sheep and poultry showed a downward trend;Chicken raiser who breeding more than 10 thousand feathers has 170 households,accounted for45.9% of the county’s total number of farms,compared with 2014,the number of households increased by 77.08%.Pig raiser who breeding more than 500 heads has 22 households,accounted for 0.2% of the total number of pig farms in the county,compared with 2014,the number of households increased by 29.52%.Meat and milk production is growing every year,By the end of 2016,the annual output of meat was 25895 t,the annual output of eggs was 18506 t,and the annual output of milk was 201 t.The county according to the average level of domestic consumption,the average annual demand for meat,milk,eggs were 21525 t,7350t,9100 t.The above results can find out some problems as follows,First,the number of large-scale pig farms in the county accounted for a small proportion of the number of farms;Second,milk production in this county is far lower than other regions of the country;Third,lack of awareness of scientific breeding,feeding and management system is not perfect,breeding system is relatively backward,technical staff lack awareness of animal disease prevention and control;Fourth,There is a great deal of pressure on the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding and environmental protection and some other problems.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of animal husbandry in Nancheng County: First,encourage the pig industry to be strong;Second,develop the local breeding system,promote grassland improvement,to fill gaps in animal products;Third,Increase scientific and technological training,improve the overall quality of farmers;Fourth,Scientific division of aquaculture to three areas,construct organic fertilizer plant,sewage treatment plant to renovate Livestock pollution.Hope to provide theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of animal husbandry in Nancheng county.
