| Abstract: This paper is based on the research on the developmentof animal husbandry in Naiman county,Inner Mongolia. Firstly It statesthe present development situation, including the changes of Mongolianproduction mode, the formation of animal husbandry settled in Naimancounty, mode of operation, the number and scale, the structure,the varietyimprovement and income status etc. Secondly it points out the problemswhich exist in the present development of the animal husbandry inNaiman county,including the weak infrastructure, science and technologylag, small scale, low level of productivity, low villagers and nomads’incomes, grassland degradation and desertification, feed shortage, lowqualities of the management personnel and agriculture herdsman’s, fundshortage, the slow degree of marketization etc. Thirdly it shows that thegovernment should make full use of the advantages of development ofanimal husbandry in Naiman county. Finally it gives the solutions to theproblems in strengthening infrastructure construction, expanding the scale,land conversion projects, the improvement of the livestock productionlevel and the villagers and nomads’ incomes growth, reasonable feedingmode, the development of large-scale animal husbandry, improvement ofthe management personnel and agriculture herdsman qualities,broadening the investment channels, increasing pair the funds, improvingthe market of animal product etc. |
