Since 2000,our country land finance has expanded rapidly,the most massive land revenue is used for urban construction and investment promotion and capital introduction of competition,has significant urban bias.With the growing of land financial scale,the current also showed a trend of widening income gap between urban and rural areas,if the housing,health care,education and other public goods into consideration,the actual income gap between urban and rural areas will be greater.Land finance has significant urban bias in the process of urbanization in China is rapidly widening income gap between urban and rural areas of the important reasons,but there is little literature on the land finance and the relationship between the income gap between urban and rural areas and system research,therefore,the systematic research on the relationship between the two,to solve the problem of land finance at the present stage in China,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas is of great significance.This paper analyzes the inner relation between the growth of land finance and the widening income gap between urban and rural areas in the context of the increasing scale of the current land finance in our country.In the theoretical part,this article is based on the land finance and related dynamic characteristics of the income gap between urban and rural areas,the land financial impact on the income of urban and rural residents,from the causes of land finance,effect and the relationship between local government and three aspects has carried on the system,based on the urban bias characteristics of land finance,from the perspective of land market,the real estate market,government three dimensions to land finance the influence mechanism of the income gap between urban and rural areas were analyzed.In the empirical part,the first land finance and the historical evolution of the income gap between urban and rural areas and regional comparative analysis,and then select 2000-2014,the national31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)as a sample,by constructing the provincial panel data regression model of quantitative analysis of land finance and degree of the influence of the income gap between urban and rural areas,points after the regression analysis according to different areas of land finance the different influence to the income gap between urban and rural areas.The empirical results of the analysis shows that the land finance promotes the expansion of the income gap between urban and rural areas in ourcountry can significantly reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas of investment in fixed assets,and local governments to the diversity of the urban and rural infrastructure investment and human capital gap between urban and rural urban and rural residents income gap is further widening of the important reasons.Region,the land in the east of fiscal expansion effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas is less than the central region,no significant effect of the western region,the cause of excessive income gap between urban and rural areas in central China in addition to the level of land outside the fiscal investment and human capital difference is also an important factor of widening income gap between urban and rural areas,urban and rural differences of human capital and the greatest influence in the central region.Finally put forward from the Angle of land fiscal easing regional income gap between urban and rural areas of the relevant policy recommendations,trying to from a new Angle of view to promote the rationalization of urban and rural income distribution in our country to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.
