The Working Capital Management Reserch Of Macro Company Based On The Theory Of Channel

In recent years,the appliance industry begins to implement the transformation upgrading strategies to cope with the rapid development of the Internet retail industry trends.The development trend of home appliance industry is stable,however,compared to the previous,its profitability and cash flow quality is declined.As an important part of enterprise financial management,working capital is a key factor that directly affects the profitability and liquidity of enterprises.Therefore,.The study of working capital management in household electrical appliance enterprises is necessary.In this paper,the Macro Company is mainly studied.Combine with channel theory and working capital management organically,the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and other methods was used to the working capital management analysing.Through the analysis of the overall structure management and the main project management about Macro Company working capital founded that Macro Company's working capital management adopted more conservative investment policy,prudent financing policy and extended credit policy.Then,based on the channel theory,the Macro Company's working capital was reclassify,and reveal that the problem of the purchase channel working capital occupied too much,the production channel working capital management efficiency is low,the sales channel working capital turnover is slow and financial management working capital risk is high was existed in Marco Company's working capital management.This dissertation focus on those problems advises that Macro Company should take measures to optimize the working capital management.Firstly,strengthen the cost management of the purchasing channels.Secondly,improve the production efficiency of the production channels.Finally,in the sales channels aspect,strengthen the management of customers and set up credit management departments.In financial management activities aspect,reinforce the risk control and fulfill the centralizing management of its cash.This dissertation based the channel theory to optimize the working capital of the Macro company,the traditional working capital management elements are not complete classification and elements easily contradictory problem is avoided,then,the link between working capital management and business management processes is strengthened.Meanwhile,the working capital turnover efficiency is improved and the operation strategic objectives and profit targets is achieved.
