| With the increasing number of online shopping platforms,the express logistics industry has also developed rapidly.Therefore,it has entered the development stage of fierce competition and experienced a fierce price war.Most brand enterprises are caught in it,which has caused constraints to the development of enterprises,and the cash volume does not increase with the business volume.In this context,to im prove the level of working capital management,become the core part of enterprise financial management.From the traditional perspective,the essence of working capital management is processed by quantitative calculation,and takes a single element as the analysis object,separating the capital and business,which is not applicable to the current development stage and economic environment of the enterprise.From the perspective of channels,enterprises are taken as the research object,scientific and reasonable analytical tools are used to find out the problems existing in the working capital management of the research object,and optimization schemes are designed,so as to enhance the competitive advantages of enterprises.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas and methods,and establishes the research framework of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis from three aspects:working capital management,traditional working capital management and working capital management from the perspective of channels.Then introduce the basic situation of R company and the working capital status of the four channels.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to evaluate the working capital management performance of R Company from the perspective of channel,and the evaluation results are obtained.Combined with the analysis and interview results of working capital management from the perspective of channel in the third part,the existing problems are obtained:Excessive squeezing of suppliers’ funds and high concentration of suppliers,insufficient investment in research and development of production channels,excessive funds occupied by external sources,excessive reliance on short-term loans,and unreasonable capital structure.Then,according to the problems existing in the working capital management of each channel,the optimization plan is put forward in a targeted,comprehensive,scientific and rational way.Among them,the procurement channel aims to improve the payables management system and establish strategic cooperative relations with suppliers,and the production channel aims to increase the investment in intelligent equipment and information platform.In terms of marketing channels,we should strengthen the management of accounts receivable and improve the customer management system.In terms of financial channels,we should reduce short-term loans and improve the management level of monetary funds.Then put forward safeguard measures based on the optimization scheme to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.In this paper,the working capital management of R Company is analyzed from the perspective of channels,so as to improve the working capital management level of the enterprise,so as to enhance the competitive advantage and the ability to resist risks in the current complex environment,that is,the fierce competition in the industry and the continuous decline of single ticket price. |
