Research On Construction Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Small Towns In Shaanxi Province

With the development of social economy,the problem of small town construction and management is the hot spot in the government and the whole society,in 2016 the town in 1000 to 2020 construction characteristic,try to explore ways to crack problems of small town planning and construction management,visible,small town construction management research has the urgent demand ofreality.The aim of this paper is through analyzing the current situation of the construction of small cities and towns in Shanxi Province and shanxi province in recent years are summarized achievements,problems and construction modes of the construction of small towns,based on this,find out the problems existing in the province in a small town construction management and causes:the small town construction and management coordination,the township government’s public service function is not complete enough,weakness of financial security of small towns,interaction mechanism has not yet formed from city,urban and rural industrial structure needs to improve scientific gradient layout,etc.,combining with the relevant theory of the new urbanization,small towns and the new public management and public service theory knowledge,by contrast,zhejiang province,chongqing municipality and gansu province in the practice of the construction of small towns,summarizes its experience and enlightenment,on the future trend of small town construction and development in Shanxi Province,after the clear trend of development,from planning,land use and employment,financing,evaluation,organization and so on six aspects of small towns in shanxi province construction management development countermeasures and suggestions are putforward.
