Innovation is the hot topic in the era of knowledge economy,under the condition of the increasingly fierce market competition,along with the progress of science and technology,enterprise innovative talents are increasingly becoming the key factor of enterprise survival and development,the enterprise also pay more and more attention to assessment technique of enterprise innovative talents.Innovative talents as the first resource of innovation,the battle raged,enterprises must adopt a series of effective measures to identify,attract and retain the innovative talents,which can better promote the overall development of the enterprise strategy.It can make innovative talents to realize individual value and maximize the benefit for the enterprise,to achieve mutual benefit.First of all,the research idea of this article,on the basis of literature review,summarize the define of enterprise innovative talents and the talents quality,then write the questionnaire about competency initial model of enterprise innovative talents questionnaire.Through the questionnaires to collect data,I use the correlation analysis,factor analysis of SPSS software to modified initial model,it is concluded that contains 5 dimensions and 22 indicators of enterprise innovative talents competency model.Finally using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weights of each index,so that a complete evaluation system is formed.Enterprises can apply it to practice,the subjects complete the test,enterprises can make a comprehensive evaluation according to the evaluation results,such as the innovative quality concrete aspect make specific description.Based on the scientific method and specific technology,talent evaluation system can make scientific and accurate evaluation,the purpose is to improve the efficiency and quality of human resource management,help enterprise to achieve the best configuration,and provide a scientific guarantee to human resources management work such as choose and employ persons,training and so on.This study can guide enterprises in scientific and reasonable way,help the enterprise selecting innovative talents,training,incentive and other human resource management activities more effectively,make the enterprise enhance the core competitive advantages quickly.In a word,the study is of great significance in theory and practice.
