With the rapid development of the world economy,more and more foreign high-end manufacturing plant will be moved to the low labor costs of developing countries,especially for automobile manufacturers.The world’s leading OEMs and the world’s top 500 auto components enterprises have come to China to build factories and rapid expansion,making a substantial increase in production capacity.But in recent years,due to China’s manufacturing industry was impact by raw material prices continue to rise,the appreciation of the renminbi,labor costs continue to increase,many companies has to work so hard to enhance market competitiveness.How to use resources effectively,reduce manufacturing and operating costs to obtain greater profits has become a long-term tough issue for every company.Therefore,lean production implementation is most important way to improve competitiveness for every company.This paper is to select M Company as the research object to study the implementation of lean production..Based on developing background of lean production and the related theory and research in the world,to look for the problems and find out the root cause.By implementing lean tools such as the value stream map of M company,5S management,quick change over,and the implementation of the pull production system and one piece flow and application methods like Graphic analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis to solve M company’s problems.Finally,summary application of lean production and put forward suggestions for lean production.The purpose of this paper is to study the practical application of lean manufacturing in manufacturing companies.As an internal paper,we focus on the application of lean production in many aspects.Finally,we hope that through the research of this paper,we can provide some effective reference information and help to other manufacturing enterprises aspect of the implementation of lean production. |
