Analysis On The Models And Key Factors Of Combination With Corn Planting And Cow Breeding

In recent years,both amount and scale of China’s breeding industry have been developed greatly,the excessive concentrate of large-scale breeding and planting lead to the lack of consumption about many livestock manure which could not consumptive by regional planting.In addition,farmers pursue production blindly by using excessive chemical fertilizers,this action endanger ecological environment."Separation of planting and breeding" is becoming increasingly graveness,and it will restrict agriculture sustainable development.The combination of planting and breeding can achieve resource utilization of manure and straw,solve the problem about agricultural pollution fundamentally,it can actualize important practical significance to promote resource-saving and environment-friendly society construction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)China’s cow breeding has great development potential.The development of combination of planting and breeding model,the straw will replace part of the forage,manure through field to replace fertilizer,it can reduce agricultural pollution,reduce the production costs and achieve the efficiency of planting and breeding.(2)At present,the models of China’s combination about planting and breeding are: farmer model,“cooperative + farmers” model,“farm + intermediary + farmers” model.Farmer mode has small scale and investment,based on their own labor;cooperative mode has certain scale of production and capital investment,in this mode,management is not standardized and the level of specialization is low;farm mode has great scale and capital investment,it achieved advanced technology and management standards,higher level of specialization.(3)There are 69% of respondents in Xinjiang area choose the combination of planting and breeding;and there are seven factors has great significant about combinationg of planting and breeding.Therefore,developing some reasonable and efficiency policies will encourage more business entities to carry out combination of planting breeding.In summary,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions.First of all,government should enhance guide and set up relevant policies.Second,government should increase capital investment and strengthen the interests of the link mechanism.Third,government should strengthen supervision and publish the standards about combination of planting and breeding standards.
