Pig industry began to shift from domestic into scale breeding in our country since 1985. After 30 years of development, the pig industry gradually formed a huge industry. However, with the expansion of scale breeding, pig manure generated by farming, which is too congested and excessed that cannot be dissolve, and thus affect ecologica l environment. Therefore the important biomass resources have become the sources of pollution. At the same time, most farming have been transferred into scale planting. Scale planting generally use inorganic fertilizers and pesticides, which leads to water, soil and air pollution. As biogas is an important biomass resource, although it has received vigorously support and investment by our government to household biogas development and construction, there are still some problems, such as insuffic ie nt amount of raw materials input and so on. In addition, large and medium farms make surplus biogas, biogas dregs and biogas slurry because of the abundant raw materia ls, and these resources are directly discharged into environment, causing secondary environmental pollution. In regard to these four problems, such as scale breeding pig manure pollution, non-point source pollution of scale cultivation, the second-pollut io n caused by the excess biogas, biogas dregs and biogas slurry of farms methane engineer and the lack of household biogas materials input, we explore a sufficiently effective model on the basis of existing research results, which can dispose the waste manure of scale breeding and biogas development and utilization of biomass resource, then we put forward a model which is a combination of breeding, planting, farms and household biogas engineering. The main work and research results of this paper are:(1) We analyze four subsystems of the combination of breeding and planting and farms and household biogas engineering in Debang husbandry ecoregions——the scale farming subsystem, the scale cultivation subsystem, the farm biogas systems and household biogas subsystem, and grasp the problems encountered, form systems archetypes and then compare to the before and the after of the use of the cycle of ecological situation mode. The result shows that this mode is suitable for the circular agriculture and economy development of Debang animal husbandry energy region.(2) We make a benefit analysis of the system of combination of breeding and planting and company and household biogas engineering on the Debang ecologica l animal husbandry area by the use of data of 2013, and make some in-depth descriptions and computation of each subsystems, they are biogas energy saving analysis, digest fertilizer-use saving benefit analysis, and household biogas energy efficie nc y profitability analysis.(3) We establish 12 basic rate variable fundamental in trees, and list functions of every trees. Main fundamental rate in trees are scale breeding base annual profit, annual scale cultivation profit, the number of households and household biogas digesters substitution fertilizer value, manure’s quantity which has not consumption, and so on. Finally, use system dynamics software—Vensim5.6 to simulate the situation of ecological animal husbandry area, then give related policies and proposals.
