New product development,the key contents of enterprise research and development,becomes the basic strategy of modern enterprise.The R&D of ZT Biochemical Co.Ltd has many characteristics,such as staff is little,one man hold several posts simultaneously,faster time to market,rapidly amassed capital.In the increasingly intense competition,the pressure of new products is increasing.The purpose of this study is to explore the situation and existing problems for new product-development of ZT company.And the thesis tries to propose a series of strategic choices and suggestions that can optimize product development and management.The main conclusions are as follows: the reasons of hidden trouble that exits in the R&D system are analyzed.Then some projects and resolving methods in these problems are put forward,such as changing the original extensive management mode.The new R&D system was reworked and the connections between every phase were classified systematically.Furthermore,the new system was validated by a year of sales.
