Equity incentive is an incentive mechanism,has long been used abroad But in the past ten years,with the globalization of the world economy and China's share reform of the successful implementation of equity incentive by more and more domestic enterprises in the corporate governance process,in order to unify the executives and shareholders,stable development company.However,it may be affected by the market environment of our country or the enterprise itself and other reasons,the incentive effect of equity incentive in China's enterprises is not satisfactory.The main content of this paper is the application of equity incentive in China's enterprises,but many enterprises in our country and widely distributed,so the study object of this paper is mainly to real estate enterprises good real estate group Limited by Share Ltd as an example,a group from 2008 to 2014 years has implemented three equity incentive plan,but results in failed,can be said to be very satisfactory results.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that there are many reasons for the failure,the main reason is the unreasonable conditions of the unlocking.At the same time,in order to make the article more comparable,this paper introduced Poly Real Estate 2011 equity incentive plan and a better group of third equity incentive plan for comparative analysis,are compared to the identification,then through the comparative analysis of the two analyzed suggestions,hope analysis suggested that such can be reference to the future of China's enterprises in the the development of equity incentive plans.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first part is the introduction,mainly on the previous literature on the equity incentive and contribution.The second part is the introduction of the group's three equity incentive program.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the failure.The fourth part is a comparative analysis of the equity incentive of Poly Real Estate in 2011.The fifth part is the combination of the reasons for the failure and Poly Real estate equity incentive in 2011 summed up the recommendations for improvement.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole article...
