Private enterprises play an increasingly important role in China's social and economic development,plays an important role,as a professional management personnel occupation managers of private enterprises,the development of private enterprises is also very important.Equity incentive as a long-term incentive mechanism,to bind the interests of shareholders and the interests of the managers of private enterprises occupation,form a community of interests,private enterprises to reduce the agency cost,stimulate the occupation managers' work enthusiasm and initiative,to create greater value for private enterprises.This paper chooses Y private enterprises as the research object,the enterprise of our country for the cookware industry first listed private enterprises,many changes have occurred since the establishment of enterprises,change from the family enterprise is a foreign enterprise,has three times the implementation of equity incentive system,but there are still a lot of executives turnover,it is typical and representative for the problem of mechanism occupation managers of private enterprises of equity incentive.Through the study of the status of implementation of equity incentive mechanism of private enterprises in China,and to Y private enterprises as an example,to demonstrate the research theme,come to the conclusion of the study:(1)the implementation of equity incentive for private enterprises to private enterprises to build a community of interests,to attract talent,retain talent,enhance the competitiveness of private enterprises,occupation managers pay attention to the long-term development,but also face the risk of the stock market caused by the occupation managers malicious behavior,leading to defects of private enterprise performance and accounting information reflect the distortion;(2)private enterprises in different stages of development will be divided into initial stage,growth stage,mature period and decline period,in the start-up period of private enterprises is not suitable for equity incentive.In the growth period and maturity period should be combined with the actual situation of private enterprises,choose appropriate equity incentive model in the recession period,private enterprises Focus on the core staff and a new force in equity incentive;(3)Take Y private enterprises as an example,the property rights and property rights of foreign companies under the background of family enterprises,have implemented three equity incentive plan,the existence of turbulent internal environment of private enterprises in the implementation of Y,the company prospects,stock ownership incentive scheme is defective.Through the overview of the implementation of private enterprise Y operation points equity incentive plan,the implementation of equity incentive system;(4)perfecting the stock option incentive system environment include fostering effective capital market,perfect the laws and regulations,improve the occupation manager market.Through the research on the private enterprise professional manager stock incentive mechanism,to attract and retain professional managers,effective management of professional managers to provide useful reference,and promote the sustainable development of private enterprises.
