The development of inbound tourism is an important indicator to measure the level of regional openness and tourism industry. The Yangtze River Economic Belt across east and western of China, it plays an important role in the whole country. With the development and construction of the Yangtze River International Golden Tourism Belt, the region not only becomes the backbone and the growth pole of China’s economic development,but also becomes the most important region for China to move towards the world and expand the opening to the world. There are abundant tourism resources along Yangtze River, and it’s tourism industry has important position in the whole country. The main mode of developing watershed resource is based on administrative unit. But the property of resource—continuity of terrain and the independence of functional zone,makes the developing model become the barrier of tourism development in river basin.Therefore, this paper taking the inbound tourism flow of the Yangtze River economic belt as the research object, revealing its distribution law of Yangtze River Economic Belt from two angles: the national wide and internal range. Based on this, this paper want to give some suggestions for the development of the Yangtze River Economic belt tourism industry.This paper includes the following parts:First: the basic situation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the development of inbound tourism. First of all, analyzing the scale of the Yangtze River Economic Belt through annual visitor arrivals 2005-2014 and its international tourism receipts data.Secondly, analyzing the tourists structure according to the data of statistical yearbook. At last uses Theil coefficient to measure temporal changes from 2005-2014.Second: from the national perspective, analyzing the 11 provinces’ transfer of inbound tourism. Using the models such as transfer-quantity of inbound tourists, spatial concentrated index (agglomeration index and diffusion index) , the transfer matrix of inbound tourist flows, making the evolution and comparison analysis.Third: Taking the network composed of inbound tourism flow between 11 provinces as the research object, using the social network analysis method, analyzing the property of the network structure.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) From 2005 to 2014, the number of inbound tourists and international tourism receipts of Yangtze River Economic Belt are rising, the regional disparity in 11 provinces becomes smaller and smaller. Except the special years, such as2003,2008,2010,2013.(2)From the view of the inbound tourists concentration ability, the east enjoys the highest capability, followed by the middle and the west; For the inbound tourists diffusion ability, the middle and the west enjoys the highest capability, followed by the east.Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, Sichuan, the agglomeration index of this five provinces lower than the average level; Guizhou, Yunnan, Chongqing, Shanghai, Hubei,the diffusion index of this five province lower than the average level. The higher the concentration index or diffusion index means that the two main source of inbound tourists in the region and the two destination is more concentrated,this pattern is not conducive to tourism industry development.(3) Based on the spatial concentrated index, the paper found that: Shanghai, Jiangsu,Zhejiang, Sichuan, its agglomeration ability of inbound tourist flow are stronger than its diffusion ability; Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, its diffusion ability of inbound tourist flow are stronger than its agglomeration ability.(4) The Yangtze River Economic Belt provinces of inbound tourism flow shift matrix showing some differences, but it influenced by the "distance attenuation effect".(5)The density of network between 11 provinces gradually reduce, which shows that tourism products and traveling routes are gradually stabilized. Combine the score index and structure hole, the conclusion is very clear: Shanghai is the core of the network and it’s the largest distribution center, Hubei and Sichuan is the score of middle and west,Yunnan,Chongqing and Jiangsu are the secondary tourists core,Anhui Province is an important tourist channel which connecting the central and eastern provinces, the other provinces are general purpose ground.Finally, according to the distribution regularity of inbound tourism flow of the Yangtze River economic belt, the following two points are obtained:(1) The narrowing of the inbound tourism disparity between the 11 provinces is closely related to the awareness of "regional cooperation and development" and the development of regional cooperation projects.(2) The difference between 11 province is still exist. The perfect coordination mechanism of tourism benefit, the interconnection of the tourism infrastructure, and so on,is a necessary condition to achieve the development of Yangtze River Economic Belt tourism industry. |
