Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility And Corporate Performance Under The Concept Of Shared Development

The survival,development and success of an enterprise is not supported by a certain leader,but depends on the support of all stakeholders.These stakeholders include not only the shareholders,but also the customers,suppliers,employees,communities,government,media and the general public.Therefore,the enterprise should not only take into account the interests of shareholders in the course of business,but also should fully consider and safeguard the overall interests of society as a whole,that is,to assume social responsibility,play a good role in corporate citizenship.That is,to follow the concept of shared development to deal with the relationship between enterprises and society,and to promote the improvement of corporate performance,is an issue worthy of consideration for every entrepreneur.Based on historical data and related research are reviewed and summarized,selection of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares of manufacturing enterprises 2014-2015 years manufacturing enterprises as samples,selects the rate of return on net assets,earnings per share and dividend payout ratio,employee compensation,employee shareholding proportion,the cost of sales rate,enterprises to absorb employment,donation,tax,assets whether the disclosure of environmental protection report,enterprise scale nine variables,and analyze the classification of the nine variables by principal component method,put forward the economic responsibility,legal responsibility,ethical responsibility and charitable responsibility,to explore the relationship between the sharing of development under the concept of social responsibility and corporate performance results.Found the economic responsibility,legal responsibility,ethical responsibility and charitable responsibility have positive effect on enterprise performance,this conclusion can help the enterprises to.It is of great practical significance to provide reference for the improvement of the relationship between the performance improvement and the fulfillment of social responsibility.To explore the difference between social responsibility and social responsibility under the concept of shared development.Corporate social responsibility can be captured by interested parties,to enhance the image of the public in the public,by the public attention,and ultimately enhance the performance and value of the enterprise.
