Abstract/Summary:
Entering the era of knowledge economy,enterprises are likely to survive and develop only by positively coping with the complex and ever-changing environment and improving its own performance.Core competence is the most fundamental factor of improving enterprise performance,knowledge sharing has become an important driving force and breakthrough for enterprises to improve performance in the era of knowledge economy,but not all of employees of the companies are willing to share their information and knowledge,so,how to improve the enterprise staff’s knowledge sharing has become a problem that enterprise need to solve.At the same time,the reciprocal preference,as an important research field of behavioral economics,are widely used in Modern Enterprise Management in recent years at domestic and foreign.Due to the existence of employee,reciprocal preference of the psychological level,enterprises must request to formulate the corresponding strategy according to each employee’s reciprocal preference,so as to improve the degree of knowledge sharing enterprises.Previous scholars had done a lot of research on reciprocity preferences,knowledge sharing and enterprise performance,but does not involve in the empirical analysis on relationship among the three.Moreover,at present,most of scholars have conducted the relationship Phenomenon analysis between individual or organization factors and enterprise performance,lacking of mechanism study of the influence of enterprise performance.so,this paper cross-level studies the mechanism of reciprocity preference,knowledge sharing,core competence and enterprise performance from the perspective of behavioral economics.After reading a lot of relevant literature of the reciprocal preference,knowledge sharing,core competence and enterprise performance,the conceptual model and related assumptions are proposed in this paper through Summarizing the shortage of the existing literature and the further studies that are needed.The investigation object of this paper is knowledge workers,and the questionnaire about knowledge workers is designed to expose the relationship between knowledge workers of reciprocal preferences,knowledge sharing,Core Competence and Enterprise Performance.The questionnaire includes Personal information survey and be delivered through Paper and network.The valid data is selected in a reasonable way.And then,we conducted the data reliability and validity analysis and descriptive analysis of the sample.In this paper,reciprocal preferences is divided into reciprocal cultural and reciprocal behavior,Knowledge Sharing is divided into knowledge contribution and knowledge acquisition,Core competencies is divided into R & D capabilities,marketing capabilities and strategic management capabilities,Enterprise performance is divided into financial performance,innovation performance.And then,correlation analysis of these four variables is conducted.Finally,this article carried fitting analysis by structural equation modeling,which shows that reciprocal preferences and knowledge sharing was positively correlated,sharing knowledge and core competencies was positively correlated,knowledge sharing and corporate performance was positively correlated,core competencies and firm performance was positively correlated.Demographic variables in each of the variables have significant difference.This study expanded theoretical research content on reciprocal preference,knowledge sharing,core competence and enterprise performance to a certain extent,and had carried on the innovation in the research perspectivest.To some extent,the conclusions of this study provides a theoretical basis and the empirical support for Chinese enterprises to strengthen mutual cultural construction,improve knowledge sharing mechanisms,and improve core competence and business performance.
