| The gain sharing plan is an important business management method for team performance and incentives.Chinese applications are gradually being valued and used by domestic enterprises.How to effectively introduce gain sharing plans into enterprise performance,improve enterprise management issues,and increase enterprise productivity will become the focus of domestic entrepreneurs.Team incentive research is currently the focus of attention.The main research direction of domestic researchers.At present,the research on the use of gain sharing plans is widely used in China.Based on the existing research,this paper summarizes and integrates relevant concepts and literatures.From the perspective of human resource management,it conducts an empirical study on the impact of gain sharing plans on corporate performance.Enterprises identify problems,analyze problems and make management suggestions to solve problems.First,this study divides the benefit-sharing plan into three dimensions:transformational leadership,employee engagement and empowerment,and pay equity and incentives,based on a review of relevant literature,while the dimensions of corporate performance can be divided into personnel performance and business performance.At the same time,referring to the representative scale questionnaires of domestic and foreign scholars,developed a scale of gain sharing plan and enterprise performance scale,conducted a sample survey of local enterprises in Guangzhou,collected the data of the survey objects,and statistically and empirically analyzed the recovered sample size.After the analysis of the empirical research,it can be found that the gain sharing plan has a positive impact on the enterprise performance,the various dimensions of the gain sharing plan have a positive impact on the personnel performance in the enterprise performance,and the various dimensions of the gain sharing plan have a positive impact on the enterprise performance There was a positive impact on business performance,while transformational leadership in the gain sharing program was found to have the greatest impact on people performance and business performance.Based on these conclusions,the study believes that enterprises should take corresponding measures:1.Build a talent supply chain for internal middle and senior management.2.Improve the internal communication closed-loop mechanism for employee participation suggestions and feedback.3.Build a win-win,diversified and mid-to-long-term team incentive compensation plan.4.Establish a team elimination mechanism,and continue to stimulate the new combat effectiveness of the team by eliminating the weak and retaining the strong.Through these measures,we will improve the practical research on the use of gain sharing plans by enterprises,and effectively improve the performance of enterprises and the success rate of implementing gain sharing plans. |
