| With the deep promotion of the reform,the integration of urban and rural has furtherlyaccelerated,a large number of farmers move into urban areas to work,a large number of rural land are largely abandoned and inefficient used.Through the circulation of farmland,the land can be gathered together for large-scale management,which can effectively improve the efficiency of agriculture and promote the development of modern agriculture.This paper based on the related theory and literatures on the circulation of farmland,carries on the discussion about the factors of circulation of farmland in the central and western underdeveloped areas,and take Yuan’an County as an example.Through the analysis of the county rural land circulation status by design questionnaire survey,and separately from the transferor and the transferee of the angle of research,establishes Logistic model for empirical analysis with the obtain data.Then find out the influence factors of transfer in and out.The results showed that the age,proportion of agricultural income on total household income,old-age security function,transfer difficulty,transfer convenience,transfer price,the role of government transfer platform,the policies understand of land transfer and other factors significantly affact the agricultural land transfer out.Age,educational level,family members with farming skills,whether land concentrated,whether the traffic is convenient,circulation cost,the price of transfer in,the transfer contract,the government and the land circulation attitude of the grass-roots cadres and other factors on the farmland transfer effect.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions,firstly is to establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations on farmland circulation;secondly is to continue to promote the reform of rural land property rights system;Thirdly is to continuously improve the rural social security system;Fouthly is to continuously improve the quality of farmers;Fifthly is to continuously improve the level of economic development in rural areas;Sixthly is to improve the service system of rural land circulation furtherly. |
