The Research Of Commercial Bank's Small And Micro Financial Services Business Model

Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a rapid growth.Government continues to promote economic restructuring. Accompanied by the number of small and micro enterprises have multiplied and the status of small and micro enterprises in the national economy is increasing day by day. But for a long time, small and micro enterprises due to various reasons,there has been a lack of financial services.At present, due to the guidance of national policies and the need for their own transformation. Commercial banks have begun to focus on the financing needs of small and micro enterprises, which were committed to the development of small and micro financial services. Since 2008, the concept of small and micro finance had been proposed,Banks have been transformed to accelerate the introduction of small and micro loan products, the establishment of small and micro financial institutions, and innovative small and micro financial business model, the formation of all kinds of small and micro financial business model.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the financing needs of small and micro enterprises in China and the contradiction between commercial banks and pointed out the reasons for the lack of small and micro financial services. Then, the paper analyzes several typical small and micro financial business models of China's commercial banks, including the new model of Internet Banking. At the same time, the comparison of different types of commercial banks to carry out small and micro financial situation and business products. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the service level of small and micro financial services.
