With the increase in the number of dual-earner families, the increasing diverse demand for employees and the prevalence of overtime culture, more and more employees are faced with work-family conflict and work-life conflict.To help employees solving the above problems, the company formulated a series of staff care policies in their management The theorists also puts forward the concept of family supportive supervisor behaviors.This coordination between organization care policy and family supportive supervisor behaviors plays an important value in employees who want to accomplish work-family balance. The recent theory and management practice has proved that family supportive supervisor transmit the staff care policies to employees effectively, and help employees accomplishing work-family balance through a variety of family support behaviors. Though it's clear that family supportive supervisor behaviors plays an positive effect on the field of work-family and its mechanism,its affect and mechanism on the team or organization is still remain to research. In addition, the concept of family supportive supervisor behaviors was first put forward by western scholars, and many related studies were conducted in the western context, therefore, whether the connotation of family supportive supervisor behaviors still apply to the situation of Chinese management is worth discussing.Therefore, the research uses the method of exploratory single-case to study one Internet Company. Through analyzing the text data and typical case , we finally reveal the specific connotation of the family supportive supervisor behaviors in Chinese management situation and its influence mechanism on team effectiveness.The mainly research results are as follow:Firstly, family supportive supervisor behaviors of the Chinese management situation mainly includes emotional care, instrumental support, modeling behavior, creative management and the caring atmosphere's creating. Among them, emotional care,instrumental support and the caring atmosphere's creating are dominant, and creating a caring atmosphere is a new dimension of this study.Secondly, family supportive supervisor behaviors can affect team effectiveness, it can effectively improve team performance, team satisfaction and it is beneficial to the development of the team. Among them, the influence on team satisfaction is remarkable.Thirdly,family supportive supervisor behaviors has a positive impact on team effectiveness through the team identification, team support, team cooperation, team communication and team cohesion. The study constructs an influence mechanism model of the family supportive supervisor behaviors on team effectiveness.Fourthly, different dimensions of family supportive supervisor behaviors has different impact on team effectiveness and they share a different proportion. Emotional care and modeling behavior influence team effectiveness is mainly through team identity ;instrumental support behavior affects the team performance is through the team support;ceative management and the caring atmosphere's creating affect team performance is mainly through team cohesion and team cooperation. Among them, the instrumental support, the caring atmosphere's creating and ceative management behavior have a strong impact on team effectiveness.
