"Thirteen-Five" has provided technological innovation as a new policy for the national economic construction, and it is also respond to the trend of economic globalization. Enterprises are the agent of technological innovation, it includes the research center of company. Enterprises are forced to promote its innovation capability in a variety of ways by the fierce competitive environment. By the way, they gradually formed their knowledge networking and "knowledge field". At the same time,enterprises are used to form its own internal technical knowledge networks. Patents are the most important carries of knowledge, its symbol of the knowledge accumulation process.The paper concludes the present situation of network of scholarly relations, the mode of patented networks and its measuring method, then provides an approach of enterprises knowledge innovation. Multi-dimensional scholarly networks conclude scientific collaborative networks, network of patent relations, made by Gephi0.9.1. The paper analyzes the evolution patterns by Combining with the organizational behavior and the above networks. First, we divide all patents in this field(from 1976 to 2014) into three phrases based on the changes in the "Tesla Battery" field of patents. Then, we build institution collaborative networks?patents citation networks of "Tesla Motors Inc.",and analysis its evolution patterns. Finally, the paper summaries Tesla's path of knowledge innovation by concluding its behaviors and its networks evolutions, which will be useful for research entities to grasp the development of technical field and to innovate in the technical field by benchmarking.
