Study On Performance Evaluation Of Balanced Scorecard On Economic Value Added Of XS Company

The establishment of a comprehensive and effective performance evaluation system needs to combine the enterprise's strategic management and business strategy,which can play a role in the assessment of the work of managers and employees.Nowadays,enterprises are faced with the complex competition and changeable business situation,the traditional performance evaluation system based on the financial index can not provide enough information to managers.The combination of EVA and balanced scorecard can give full play to their advantages;provide more comprehensive and scientific evaluation of enterprise performance.To improve XS company current performance evaluation,this dissertation uses the theory of financial strategy and related fields,as well as the method that contains case analysis and normative analysis.The new performance evaluation system,which combines EVA and the balanced scorecard,can effectively improve the drawbacks of the traditional performance evaluation method and give the company a comprehensive evaluation.Through the analysis of XS company strategy,the company's strategy map can be drawn out and the main evaluation index for each dimension can be identified.By using the AHP as well as expert scoring method,the weights of each evaluation index can be devised.Since the establishment of the new evaluation system has finished,apply the new performance evaluation system in XS company,analysis the evaluation results and put forward the suggestion that can bring future development to XS companyThe significance of this dissertation lies in combining the two performance evaluation system of EVA and balanced scorecard,then applies it to an actual company and finds out the problems that traditional performance evaluation system can not reflect.It can be conductive to the improvement of performance evaluation system and set a great example to Chinese enterprise.
