Research On Annual Maintenance Management Of Cdq System In Coking Plant Of Ningbo Iron And Steel Co.ltd

Equipment marks an enterprise's technology and equipment level.Furthermore,ti is the basis of smooth production,marketing and competition.Keeping the equipment working well is one of the most important part in enterprise management.Annual equipment repairing is a kind of muti-task project,carried out by several departments at the same time.It will result in the equipment continuously safe,stable,efficient and economic running and directly influence the profit.Project management is a scientific management mode,how to successfully use the project management method on equipmentannual overhaul in iron and steel enterprises,is significant to ensure annual maintenance safety and quality.In this paper,taking CDQ system of coking plant of Ningbo Iron and Steel annual maintenance as an example,by analyzing the problems existed in previous annual CDQ system maintenance,we emphasis on discussing several key parts as organization structure,maintenance schedule,coordinate,maintenance safety.Through re-programming the organization structure,we solve the problems among departments cooperation and responsibility confusion.With Gantt chart and work breakdown structure(WBS),we suppose to efficiently control key points during maintenance and optimize the maintenance schedule.Using project risk management theory and LEC evaluation,hazards are identified and controlled,accordingly safety risk management is optimized.The paper targets on the entire process management guidance to enterprise annal maintenance with project management methods.After practicing in coking plant of Ningbo Iron and Steel CDQ annual maintenance management,it is proved that our project management is workable and effective on annual maintenance improvement.In one word,It is a successful reference to the other enterprise equipment maintenance management.
