HJZ Center Reinforced Steel Factory Processing Project-an Economic Evaluation Research Study

For a long time,the traditional on-site processing of reinforcing steel bars takes too much space,contributes to a lot of steel wastage and pollutes the environment with a low production efficiency and the products' quality is hard to be guaranteed.However,this traditional and extensive processing method which wastes a lot of manpower and resources and has not made very effective improvement remains to be the main processing mode among a majority of construction enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of industries that deal with steel processing and distribution is an inevitable trend.At present,there is no formal domestic steel distribution companies,so there is an urgent need to build a batch of steel distribution leading enterprises in order to solve the above problems in traditional steel processing mode.This is an inevitable trend for the enterprise's sustainable development when it develops to a certain scale.In this paper,through the financial indicators,social benefits and risks analysis as well as a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of HJZ Center steel factory's processing project,the author offers a decision·basis for the project investors on whether the steel factory's processing project should be constructed.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of the steel factory processing project and comprehensively analyzes the market environment of the project,including the development of the domestic steel processing and distribution industries as well as the technological and beneficial advantages of HJZ Center's steel processing and distribution.Besides,through the analysis of financial indicators involving the investment payback,internal rate of benefit and financial net profit,I further understand the project's present financial conditions;therefore feasibly have the preliminary demonstration of this project in economy.In addition,through the analysis of the economic benefits,energy saving and emission reduction,and the adjustment of industrial structures for HJZ Center,I make it clear the impact of this project on regional social benefits.What is more,I also analyze the potential risks during the business management.Finally,by establishing models and adopting fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method,I analyze various uncertain factors that may be encountered in the process of doing the project.Further,by understanding the risk resistance and profit gaining abilities of this project,I discuss whether the project could be implemented.
