With the development of urbanization,many cities in China are facing the problem of garbage siege,and along with the economic development,people’s living standards are improving,and the garbage siege is becoming more and more serious.The relative sanitary landfill and compost garbage disposal technology,garbage incineration can not only significantly reduce the volume of power from energy,to avoid the two pollution of landfill could produce of groundwater and soil,it can solve the problems of our country all levels of city area per capita and cultivated area of tension,realize the garbage reduction harmless and resources processing.As a result,garbage incineration power generation is the most effective means of garbage disposal in China at present and in the future.The rapid development of the garbage power generation industry,making money obvious benefits,various funds staking,industry competition is fierce。In the face of fierce market competition and changing market demand,the core competitiveness is the key factor for enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage to achieve sustainable development,this theory is proven after people generally accepted。In this paper,XX company as an example,the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis and so on,through the study of the core competitiveness of enterprises,in order to raise the core competitiveness of XX company planning and implementation measures.Based on the actual situation of the development of XX company and the industry,the competition pattern and development trend of the industry’s internal PEST,Potter five forces model,SWOT model to XX company’s garbage power industry policy,economic,social and other external environment as well as the XX company’s operating conditions,the current analysis carried out a detailed analysis of XX company the development of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges are analyzed,the XX company’s current core competitiveness is mainly technology research and development,human resources and management;facing the need of market competition,XX company core competitiveness is the main problems of capital operation ability,the industrial chain extension ability and the ability of market development,brand building the conclusion and marketing ability is weak.Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward the general plan and specific measures of XX company’s core competence.Finally,this article in view of the existence of chaos in the industry competition and enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage,from the national level and enterprise level put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of the industry as a whole is better。...
