China as the world's largest power producer, also need to continue to deepen the reform of the electricity market, especially its thermal power enterprise innovation and development is of great significance, is easy to boost company to quality, and the efficiency.Therefore, this paper adopts literature research, SWOT, value chain analysis and experience induction study of core competitiveness SLQ power plant project. First, basic research in the development of the theory of dynamic core competence and drawing on the experience of the domestic and international electricity market reform (Chapter II); Secondly the use of indicators scoring matrix analysis method to evaluate the core competitiveness of the plant SLQ Situation (Chapter ?); Third, according to indicators Rating traces related indicators of the strength of the reasons (Chapter IV); Fourth, in the study of stake changes before and after the reform of electric power market transaction relationship between, on the basis of porter's value chain as research tools, contrast stake grid inside the main electric power enterprise value growth point, the application of SWOT combed the SLQ power plant competition environment, study the stake grid electricity reform's influence on the SLQ power plant, puts forward the core competitiveness promotion strategy of choice for power plant(Chapter V); Fifth, strategic management and business management two levels proposed SLQ power plant core competitiveness measures implementation plan and evaluation corrective measures(Chapter ?); Finally, the main conclusions of the paper, were inadequate summary, to stake the prospect of research direction for thermal power enterprises.This paper studies the main conclusion:first, the SLQ power plant can be from two aspects:strategic management and business management to improve the operation ability of enterprises, and enhance the core competition ability; Second, thermal power enterprise should be from the production enterprise to produce a service-oriented enterprise transformation, from the inside and outside two aspects, improve the enterprise core competitive ability, foreign do market positioning, improve electricity production capacity and customer service, management, and strengthen the periodic measurement and analysis, flexible application market trading rules, constantly improve the ability of marginal benefit; Internal technical measures should be taken, for all kinds of index competition, reduce costs, improve enterprise efficiency; 3 is thermal power enterprise core competitiveness is a dynamic index, should from the technical competence, operation competence, management competence, social and environmental competitiveness, five aspects to build sustainable competitiveness evaluation index, and conduct periodic evaluation, analysis, and to promote, to ensure that the enterprise to obtain sustained competitive advantage in the constant change.Although this article has made some achievements in the study, but by the limitations in the research process and research environments which restrict personal knowledge of the link between the discussion of thermal power enterprise reform and core competitiveness, all thermal power enterprises internal management processes analysis and consideration of new government policies to enhance the impact of the program on their core competitiveness, and so further research is needed value chain.In short, through this study, not only for SQL plant a viable core competitiveness and enhance the program evaluation criteria, but also for the Evaluation and Promotion West Inner Mongolia power core competitiveness of enterprises to provide a valuable reference, has important theoretical and practical significance.
