Investigation And Analysis On Innovation Of Industrial Enterprises In Gansu Province

It is the objective need for China‘s innovation-driven strategy to carry out innovation survey,which on one hand is strategically important to form competitive advantages and enhance the long-term driving force of development,and on the other the practicable measure to the relevant requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.In response to national policies,Gansu Province implement the Gansu Province Enterprise Innovation Survey in 2014.This paper concludes and analyzes the survey results of the innovation of industrial enterprises in Gansu Province by means of Econometrics knowledge and theory,such as descriptive statistics and regression analysis.Then,the existing problems during the innovation process are uncovered and analyzed.Finally,the author put forward corresponding solutions.The paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the survey,analyzing the basic situation of innovation investigation home and abroad,and clarifying what it means to innovation of industrial enterprises in Gansu Province.Secondly,distribution of industrial innovation enterprises in Gansu Province,types of innovation,development of innovation,sources of information for innovation,innovative intellectual property rights and obstacles for innovation,etc.are revealed.Thirsdly,from the perspective of entrepreneurs,the author analyzes the innovation cost,the patent situation and the innovation product income of the industrial enterprises in Gansu Province by using the statistical model.Finally,the author poses problems found in this investigation,such as the insufficient innovation of industrial enterprises in Gansu Province,the poor implementation of national preferential policies,the spacial aggregation of industrial enterprises innovation,the unclear strategic innovation goals of partial enterprises,not making full use of partners for business innovation and more.Meanwhile the author make suggestions in terms of improving innovation ability of enterprises,doing a good job in implementing policies,narrowing the regional innovation gap,encouraging enterprises to innovate based on long-term,fully integrating resources and strengthening cooperation and innovation.
