Research On The Enlightenment Of Schumpeter Innovation Theory To Implement Innovation-driven Development Strategy Of Our Country

At the Party’s 20 National Congress,it was highlighted that the main mission of constructing a modern socialist nation in its entirety is "high-quality development",and that "innovation is the primary impetus" for the new development concept.This was further emphasized in the report.our development,we need to fully implement the new development concept,To further the innovation,we must foster the thorough implementation of the innovation-driven development plan.The reports emphasize the necessity of "in-depth implementation" and "accelerated implementation" of the current innovation-driven development strategy,yet it is essential to have an understanding of innovation theory for reference while implementing it.Schumpeter’s innovation theory is the originator of innovation theory in the history of western economic thought.Scholars both domestically and internationally have devoted much consideration and research to its innovation theory,thus having a far-reaching effect on all varieties of innovation theories and policies.Then the innovation-driven development strategy in our country can also obtain lessons and enlightenment from Schumpeter’s innovation theory,so the thesis will conduct research on the innovation-driven development strategy around Schumpeter’s innovation theory.Firstly,this paper collects literature data on Schumpeter’s innovation theory and innovation-driven development strategy in the past two decades through domestic and foreign literature databases such as CNKI and Web of Science.By drawing relevant charts such as keyword co-occurrence map,keyword occurrence frequency table,keyword clustering visual map,keyword mutation word map and keyword clustering time line map,this paper analyzes the research hotspots,hotspot mutations,research commonalities and time dimension clustering of Schumpeter’s innovation theory and innovation-driven development strategy.It can be analyzed that the research heat on scientific and technological innovation,innovation-driven development strategy and innovation-driven development strategy has been rising in recent years,and it can be found that there is a very strong theoretical correlation and reference between Schumpeter’s innovation theory and institutional innovation,technological innovation and enterprise innovation.It further explains the necessity of studying the enlightenment of Schumpeter’s innovation theory on innovation-driven development strategy.On the basis of bibliometrics,this paper conducts a literature review of relevant domestic and foreign literature on Schumpeter’s innovation theory,innovation-driven development strategy and research status quo of innovation-driven development strategy based on Schumpeter’s innovation theory.At the same time,it summarizes the proposal,development,connotation and implementation path of innovation-driven development strategy,as well as the research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper systematically reviews the traditional Schumpeter innovation theory,first summarizes the background,main works and economic methodology of Schumpeter innovation theory,then divides the Schumpeter innovation theory into three parts: innovation and economic development,innovation and business cycle,innovation and capitalism,and finally evaluates the traditional Schumpeter innovation theory.It can be said that Schumpeter has a common feature in his three books related to the innovation theory system,that is,they all take "innovation" as the core and basis of argument,which also constitutes the core content of his innovation theory system.It provides an important reference for the related research of the historical development process of capitalism and the process of economic operation.Then,this paper further reviews the subsequent development theories of Schumpeter’s innovation theory,namely,the new Schumpeter innovation theory,which mainly includes the new Schumpeter technological innovation theory,the new Schumpeter institutional innovation theory and the contemporary comprehensive New Schumpeter innovation theory.It can be found that compared with the traditional Schumpeter innovation theory,the subsequent development of the new Schumpeter innovation theory and the comprehensive New Schumpeter innovation theory have a broader theoretical level,covering not only the content of the traditional Schumpeter innovation theory,but also in-depth discussion of the impact of institutional innovation,financial sector,public sector and other factors,making the logic of the innovation theory research clearer.It puts forward more research directions for later scholars,and then enriches the connotation of traditional Schumpeter’s innovation theory.Finally,in view of the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in our country may meet the problems and the current situation to study and discuss,and then based on the system of Schumpeter innovation theory,got our country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy of the enlightenment.This paper argues that in the process of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in the future,more attention should be paid to improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of enterprises,reducing the financing burden of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,improving the intellectual property management system and mechanism,and promoting the deep integration of industry,university and research institute.
