Currently,as the social economy advances,competition among the enterprises goes increasingly fierce.To capture marketing share,enterprises have reformed constantly.In China,Food industry also get into the stage of fierce competition,some enterprises which are poor at management retreat from market,meanwhile,some new enterprises swarm into the market.In the food material market,the competition among suppliers is beyond imagination,lots of enterprises which are at primary stage of management get into dilemma of competition.Therefore,under the current circumstance of economy position,it is an important project for searchers to study the model of defined marketing management.As for agents,marketing is the main work,development of agents mainly depends on marketing.Management level of food agents remain lying in primary stage,especially for small and micro business,they lack advanced management and refined marketing management.Shanghai NUANCHUN food company is a small and micro business,take it as an example,analyzing the interior and exterior environment of the company,and compared to competitor,the writer not only have identified the level of company competition by means of CPM,but also selected the defined marketing management strategy by virtue of SWOT.More importantly,Combining with theory of 4Cs,writer has further studied defined marketing strategy from all the process of company,namely purchase,marketing,logistics and after-sales.Businesses have the same products and strive for the same market.To improve refined marking can save cost,create customer delivered value,and win the competition finally.In addition,the safeguard and appraisal of defined marketing strategy are presented at the end of the dissertation.Writer has applied business management theory to improve and further defined marketing strategy,which is expected to realize the vision of NUANCHUN,and also provide other agents with reference as theory basis.
