| With the sustained and rapid development of China’s national economy,city urbanization,city infrastructure,especially the conflict between city traffic facilities and city development gradually,from the practice of developed countries the development of the city,city rail traffic with its large capacity,fast speed,safety,punctuality,environmental protection and energy saving advantages,has been in Europe and the United States,Japan and other countries and the major city transportation.City rail transportation industry in China is in rapid development,many medium city rail transportation in the planning or construction,but still do not have a complete set of city rail transit fare system,so the rail transit ticket pricing problem.This paper describes the research to develop the city rail transit fare background,significance,research status at home and abroad,the theory and method of city rail transit ticket fare pricing are described.The analysis of the domestic and foreign city rail transit ticket system and its advantages and disadvantages,affect the vote selection factors,and factors of influence and make the fare the principle,main pricing methods;secondly,the domestic main city rail transit fare pricing examples are analyzed in detail,and make analysis on the development background of Lanzhou rail transit fares(including the first phase project of line 1 phase flow prediction analysis,cost estimation and initial operation of the Lanzhou public transport fares,etc.)to provide reference for fare scheme design;again,according to the fare system theory and domestic examples,combined with the actual situation of Lanzhou City,were designed based on three A fare ticket pricing scheme under the condition,according to the analysis of the economic benefits to carry out prediction and cost calculation flow;finally,a comprehensive analysis of the three fare scheme,determine the recommended price scheme,and puts forward the early opening of fares policy recommendations.The research results of this paper will provide some reference basis for the development of other urban rail transit fare system. |
