M is an auto parts company,which mainly focuses on the supply of supporting auto parts for the BeiJing Company and Mercedes-Benz.M companies is advanced in both the equipment and management,and therefore its production capacity is relatively strong,and is usually able to meet customers' needs.However,the company is now facing a major problem,that is,when there are changes in orders,the staff appear uneasy.For example,when there emerges a large number of orders,then,the company must actively recruit and increase training to increase production,and when the order is too large,the workers might have to work overtime.And during these time when the orders decline,some departments have to furlough workers,resulting in a significant reduction in staff income;when the decline is remarkable,the company even need to lay off the staff to reduce the burden on the company.Afterwards,when the orders begin to recover,the company may face a serious shortage in staff.Thus,in this case,I start to survey M company to understand the dedication of M company employees to their job and their degree of engagement,and to put forward specific and feasible measures according to the specific situation.M companies can refer to these measures to improve their employees' engagement.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the case analysis method and the data analysis method.By going through a large number of literature resources,the concept of engagement,the influencing factors of the degree of engagement and other relevant theoretical knowledge are studied.In this paper,the mature model of Ahn Hewitt Company is used,combined with the actual situation of M company,the feasibility of the questionnaires is determined by the analysis of reliability and validity.Through a large number of long-term investigations,the summary of their results and further analysis,the relevant factors of the staff's engagement are identified.Finally,with the use of regression analysis,the status quo of the staff's current engagement and the deciding factors of engagement are obtained,which provides a reliable basis for the improvement of employee engagement.Conclusion: Whether it is the analysis results of long-term researches or the impression left by early investigations,it can always be objectively reflected that the most prominent factors of M employees are the following two aspects,payment,and career development and training.At the end of this paper,suggestions on improving the engagement of the staff are put forward: Firstly,the M company should improve the current salary system and formulate a fair and scientific salary system.Secondly,as for the personal development of the employees,the company should set up personal career development plans,and improve the construction of the training system.Through these improvements,the M company can effectively enhance the staff's degree of engagement.
