If we want to survive in the fierce market competition environment,we must strengthen the human resource management,and performance management is the core of human resource management.Performance management refers to all levels of management and employees in order to achieve the objectives of the organization to participate in the performance plan,performance counseling,performance appraisal communication process evaluation and application of performance results,performance of the goal of ascension,the aim of performance management is to continuously improve individual,department and organization performance.This thesis analyzes the current research of performance management in China and oversea,introduces the relevant theories of performance management.This thesis describes the concept?connotation and performance evaluation of performance management,and also introduces all the procedure of performance management system.Through the studying of the performance management of JK and combining with the characteristics of PV industry,the thesis analyzes the issues of performance management of JK company.Design and optimize the performance management mode which is suitable for its development stage.It also describes three problems existing in the current performance management: performance evaluation is equivalent to performance management;strategy KPI is unreasonable,incomplete,not designed according to SMART principle and staff quit rate has been at a high level.In order to solve these three problems,we can optimize the KPI design of JK Company and give the implementation and evaluation method according to the redesign,and establish a reasonable and effective performance management system.At the same time,this thesis also introduces the improvement of performance management to improve the company's strategic objectives and improve the abilities of employees,then the company can continue to develop and keep the top level company in the PV industry.
