Research On The Electronic Commerce Industrypolicy Of Kaifeng

With the popularity of Internet technology and communication facilities,Electronic Commerce in China developed very rapidly,and become an important new economic activities,such as to increase employment opportunities,to attract capital investment,stimulate consumption plays an important role.Because of the late development of E-Commerce in Kaifeng and the imperfection of policies,the rapid development of the E-Commerce industry in Kaifeng has been limited.Therefore,in order to improve the utility of E-Commerce on the opening of the economy,this paper mainly uses the AGIL structure model,through access to information,questionnaire and interview,the industry policy of the city of E-Commerce is studied systematically,and to assess the effects of policies,have a deeper understanding of the concept and practice of electronic seal the business of industrial policy.The E-Commerce industry policy is an important means for the government to fulfill the economic functions of promoting the development of the economy,affected by resources,policy,market,is a complete system,government,enterprise and market is the subsystem interaction between them,mutual influence,interaction,in order to achieve a goal,in access to resources to adapt to the environment,to maintain the three set of general benign operation down through the specification of the system.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and research purposes,as well as the domestic E-Commerce industry related research,and put forward the theme of this study.Secondly,based on the detailed description of the basic concepts of E-Commerce and related theories,the paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the development of E-Commerce in Kaifeng.Kaifeng E-Commerce industry has made some progress under the policy impetus,but through the AGIL structure function analysis model evaluation,the research found that there are still many problems.The lack of E-Commerce professionals,lack of power within the enterprise,suitable for online trading system of products support is weak,the ability and level of comprehensive operation of the lower lot of problems need to be further optimized to guide and regulate the policy.This paper has some objective reasons for the limitations in the research process,also affect the further research on,such as the current data,the E-Commerce industry overall statistics has yet to establish a precise and systematic system,not on the city's E-Commerce activities carried out a comprehensive,real,real time control;electronic legal norms business has not yet come,unable to the E-Commerce enterprise,enterprise network sales and other specific nouns accurately defined etc..Finally,combined with the opening situation,put forward to promote the development of E-Commerce industry opening policy recommendations: to strengthen the top-level design of E-Commerce management,standardize policy clear policy,strong construction industry E-Commerce ecosystem,accelerate E-Commerce related legal system construction,so as to promote the rapid development of E-Commerce in Kaifeng city.
