The Research On The Development Path Of Intelligent Terminal(Mobile Phone) Industry In Henan

This paper is based on the theory of global production networks,on the theory and strategic management and upgrading of industrial clusters,we first characterize the spatial pattern of Henan province mobile phone terminal industry,followed by the use of principal component analysis(PCA)of the evaluation index to the focusing and screening,while using the PESTG model,Potter's "diamond" model,Potter "five forces",model SWOT,model QPSM,strategic analysis tools,to explore the path of mobile phone related intelligent terminal industry development strategy and further implementation,finally points out the future development strategy of mobile phone related intelligent terminal industry and the key task.The conclusions :(1)Henan province intelligent terminal industry cluster is relying on local labor resources and the introduction of the core enterprise and the formation of a significant geographical features of the "global local" production network.As a core node local production network of Henan mobile phone related intelligent terminal industry cluster,through the core enterprise(Foxconn)Global production network joint implementation effective "embedded",so as to promote local industrial cluster evolution into the GPN 2rd level unit,the original network is a kind of strategic relationship in geography / extension of regional space and structural remodeling,is the deepening and development of interaction and communication mechanism.(2)By increasing investment,attracting the advantages of enterprises,intelligent terminal point(OEM)manufacturers has undertaken the strategy coupling.Henan province has formed the pattern of intelligent mobile phone industry : "one point"(Zhengzhou city and Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimentation area),"one line"(Hebi City,Luohe City,Xinyang city),"one circle"(Shangqiu City,Kaifeng City,Luoyang City,Nanyang city).(3)The empirical analysis shows that the intelligent terminal(mobile phone)industrial development has had a positive impact on the electronic information industry of Henan province and regional economic growth,is the main driving force of the development of electronic information industry in Henan province.Since 2010,the development of intelligent terminal industry in Henan province to increase steadily,development speed is accelerated year by year,especially after Henan Province decision to build a global intelligent terminal industry base in 2013,industrial development ability improved significantly.(4)SWOT analysis showed that Henan should take the expansion strategy and strategy of moderate concentration to develop the intelligent terminal(mobile phone)industry to achieve global competitive advantage.Henan intelligent terminal(mobile phone)industry faced more advantages than disadvantages,opportunities than threats,by taking effective measures,pooling of resources,consolidating the advantages of Henan intelligent terminal(mobile phone)industry,so henan intelligent terminal(mobile phone)industry is likely to achieve more large-scale in the new round of competition,the higher level development.
