Research On The Evaluation For Lianjiang Changlong Forest Resources Value

In the face of the threat of global environment problems are increasingly serious nowadays, natural resources price theory is more and more high, thus the comprehensive, scientific and rational analysis of forest resource value, and carries on the quantitative value of scientific and objective evaluation is a hot research topic in recent years at home and abroad in the field of forest management. While facing the reform period in the state-owned forest farm, forest resources assessment of state-owned forest farm value also is particularly important. The study is Lianjiang Changlong state-owned forest farms in 2004 and 2014 survey archive resource file based on a reference to data, the forest resources assets assessment technical specification (Trial) and the State Forestry Administration of industry standard "the forest ecosystem service function evaluation standard" (LY/T 1721-2008) to establish the value of forest resources assessment system, by calculating the total the value of forest resources forest farm in 2004 and 2014 respectively 22917.31 and 23058.54 Yuan, through the analysis of the results obtained in 2014 the ecological value of forest farm resources value has increased, but the economic value because of its special felling, but declined, the social value of forest in recent years because of increasing employment needs tending measures increased. And puts forward some suggestions of sustainable management of Forest Farm:(1) improve the forest resources information management, (2) improving forest resources protection awareness, (3)to change the traditional management mode of forest, to explore a new model of forestry management.
