The New Urbanization Development Research Of Pearl River-west River Economic Belt

The Pearl River-West River economic belt connect the eastern developed areas in China and the western underdeveloped region,but it always been a slow development of urbanization and restricts the regional economic development,with the Pearl River-West River economic belt to rise to the national strategy,promote the Pearl River-West River economic belt of new urbanization development,it is a worthy deeply thinking of the social and economic sustainable.In this paper,draw lessons from existing research results,use the Pearl River-West River economic belt as the study area,district cities as research unit,summarizes the basic concept,connotation and mechanism action of new urbanization,explain the particularity and the layout of river economic belt urbanization,quantitative analysis the new urbanization development factors of the Pearl River-West River economic belt;by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system and calculated the new urbanization level,and find the problems existing in the process of urbanization development of the Pearl River-West River economic belt;established the development support system,effective mode,and put forward the countermeasures of the Pearl River-West River economic belt of new urbanization development.Have the following conclusions through the analysis:(1)The economic development,industrial structure,investment in science and technology,economic openness,rural per capita net income have positively relationship to the new urbanization level of the Pearl River-West River economic belt,economic development and industrial structure have a great influence,economic openness,investment in science and technology,rural per capita net income have a smaller effect of the Pearl River-West River economic belt.(2)From the spatial distribution,the new urbanization with the geographic variation of watershed distribution difference,downstream of the whole city at higher levels,aggregate cities at a lower level;from the time,the new urbanization level gradually improve over time,but developed slowly;the new urbanization level of each city 2015 compare with 2014,show that the Pearl River-West River economic belt has a larger role in promoting,because of the Pearl River-West River economic belt to rise to the national strategy for the whole river economic belt.(3)The Pearl River-West River economic belt of new urbanization development faces significant regional differences,the development is not balanced;slow development lack of the support of industry industrial upgrading;limited to the constraints of infrastructure,development dynamics is insufficient;the capacity of upstream watershed ecological environmental is limited etc.(4)Transportation infrastructure system,science and education system and public service system provide support for the new urbanization development of the Pearl River-West River economic belt,we can choose the new urbanization development pattern of the Pearl River-West River economic include rural integration development pattern,rural small town development model,periodic characteristic development pattern.
