The Study About Agriculture Popularization Status,Problems And Solutions Of Qinhuangdao

Agricultural extension,agricultural scientific research and agricultural education are three pillars of agricultural development.Among three pillars,agricultural extension is indispensable and important part of transformation from agricultural science and technology to agricultural productivity extension which emerges accompanying with the agricultural society.China is a big agricultural country that agricultural population accounted for 2/3 of all.In order to achieve the goal of modernization,the most important job is to improve the level of agricultural modernization,which plays the fundamental role in the development of national economy.Through a series of agricultural extension,farmers can get the latest agricultural policy information and improve their farming methods,then promote rural economic development and social progress.Therefore,agricultural extension plays an important role in realizing the modernization of agriculture in China.This article is based on the advanced experience of domestic and foreign agricultural extension,taking Qinhuangdao agricultural extension as an example,combining case analysis,literature review,investigation,interviews with other research methods,exploring the current agricultural extension of Qinhuangdao development,including the promotion of funds,the promotion of specific ways,number of promotion personnel and quality of promotion team etc.And referencing to the actual situation,this paper analyzes the deep reason of agricultural extension problems and finds out the loopholes and defects existing in the current agricultural extension.Through the deep reform of agricultural extension system,this paper provides a new direction and decision-making reference for relevant departments.The ultimate goal is to improve the overall quality of farmers,and transform the scientific and technological achievements into productive forces,increase farmers' income,improve agricultural efficiency,and at the same time promote the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural economy.
