| Agriculture is the base of national economy. The development of modern agriculturerelies on the progress of science and technology and the extension of agricultural scientificand technical payoffs. With the primary products becoming more intensive, accelerating thetransformation of agricultural technique and science and improvement of farm products andtheir competitiveness is the key issue of China’s agriculture. The leading enterprisestechnology extension model of agricultural industrialization can improve the agricultural foodquality and economic benefit. It set the market as orientation, high-tech as support, economicprofit as core, a series of service as measure. Employing the combination of plantation raiseand process, production supply and sale, agriculture industry and commercialization, we canintroduce the agricultural technology into farming production. I deeply investigated theleading enterprises and related sections of Sanyuan country and collected a number offirst-hand materials. After comparing with the leading enterprises research at home andabroad, I studied the current situation, problems and the measures of the agri-tech extensionmodel of Sanyuan. There are four models of agricultural leading enterprise extension:corporation+commune+farm Zhengda model, corporation+base+farmer+market Huaqiangmodel, corporation+garden+base Xizi village model and expert+corporation+farmer Hexingmodel. The four models are of different powers and of different advantages, however, theyare the typical examples of leading enterprise extension models in Sanyuan. Meanwhile, thesurvey revealed that the degree of organization of leading enterprise extension is low, thecomprehensive quality of extension worker is not good, the cooperation of corporation,government and research institutions is loose, which caused the poor effect of agriculturaltechnology extension among peasants. In consequence, we should strengthen and improve theextension service of leading enterprises during agricultural industrialization. More measuresshould be taken from different perspectives of government, corporations, financial andresearch institutions to boost the profit of farmers and enterprises. The thesis has practicalguiding significance to the agricultural extension of Sanyuan county and similar areas ofChina. |
