The Study On The Financial Feasibility Of Investment Projects About The S Cultural Restaurants

Along with our country economy’s steady speed growth,the rich diversity of material conditions,people’s consumption has gradually pulling away from and daily needs,not only attaches great importance to the quality of life habits and the way of catering,more the pursuit of personalized and diversified consumption trend.Government aims to optimize the environment of economic development in our country,also erupted one after another to release a lot about the adjustment of industrial structure policy combination.In this context,China’s catering industry has entered a period of strategic opportunities,various levels of investors into the restaurant,someone on the road to success,someone failed.Many investors do not in front of the investment to make a complete feasibility analysis,project investment,financial feasibility of investment projects is to determine whether a project decisions on the implementation of an important link,is the key point of the project can smooth implementation.Although there are many financial feasibility analysis on investment project,but the author reviewed the relevant literature found that currently designed for catering industry investment project financial feasibility study is still relatively lack,so the research of this paper can meet the demand of the development of modern society.This article selects the S culture restaurant investment project financial feasibility study,first of all,starting from the selected topic background,research significance,combined with the domestic and foreign research present situation,put forward the innovation of this study.Secondly,this paper expounds the project financial feasibility theory and method,which laid a foundation for further research.Again,through the actual investigation,detailed analyzed the basic conditions for the restaurant S culture.First analyzed the basic conditions for the budget and financial data,on the basis of the all-round do the financial feasibility of investment projects of restaurant S culture research.Mainly adopt the method of the combination of dynamic and static indicators,from restaurant S culture,investment payback period,net present value to evaluate,return on investment and so on several big aspects analysis the project profitability and survival ability,draw S culture restaurant capability of investment projects of the conclusion.Finally,in order to avoid the loss of investors,uncertainty and risk in the project are analyzed,and through the profit and loss balance and sensitivity analysis it is concluded that the break-even point and smaller project master anti-risk ability is stronger,and from the capital,management and financial personnel management and so on three aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
