DB Hotel Project Feasibility Analysis

With China’s reform and the development of our special market economy with Chinese socialist characteristics, the original hotel with nearly30years history, has faced more and more severe development threats. According to the long-term planning of the region where the hotel located, as it will become the high-end core business district in Beijing, the region has already established a number of five-star hotels.In response to this situation, the original hotel is considering shutting down and the establishment of the DB project. DB projects aimed to build up a five-star business hotel on reconstruction of the site of the original hotel to improve land use efficiency and to meet the requirement of the regional planning targets in order to development rapidly in the future.In the paper, On the basis of the theory and method of economic evaluation of investment project, the hotel professional knowledge related and the basis of domestic laws and regulations and standard, we analyzed the DB hotel project. First of all, analyze the environment and market feasibility of DB investment projects, including the policy environment, economic environment, social environment and market environment; secondly, analyzes the technical feasibility of DB investment projects, including the analysis of building functional layout, analysis of the electrical system structure and equipment, and other professional equipment; thirdly, analyzes the economic feasibility of DB investment the project, estimated from the project investment, project profitability analysis of its feasibility. Finally, according to the above analysis, the construction of DB hotel project is needed to meet the development of tourism in Beijing, with Beijing city planning, technical scheme is reliable and reasonable, the financial benefit is good, at the same time, construction of the project meet the group held a quality assets, strategic value, so the DB investment project is feasible.
