| The implementation and improvement of the new rural social endowment insurance policy play a big role in solving the problem of aging of the rural population,at the same time,it takes an important part to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,as well as in improving farmers living standards.This paper takes G city in western Guangdong province as an example,to dissect the new rural society endowment insurance policy implementation results.Through the questionnaire survey method,interview method to know the basic situation of visiting people and families,the policy cognition and satisfaction of the new rural society endowment insurance policy.After taking a careful analysis of the existing problems in the operation of the new rural social endowment insurance policy,then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions constructive to solve the problem,in order to help promote the healthy development of the new rural social pension insurance policy,which really patronizing to the people.For the existence of several major issues the new rural social pension insurance policy,such as the pension funds and pension fund treatment are in low level,management service performance is poor,the old and the new policy convergence absence,handling service needs to be improved,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,such as lack of professional talents,insufficient insurance funds,policy system construction lags behind and so on.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,author puts forward a series of improvement for the new rural socialendowment insurance policy in Guangdong Province,such as scientific planning and fund management,multiple channels to raise funds,strengthen the construction of the management system,accelerate the pace of policy,increase multiple service subject and so on,in order to promote the new rural social endowment insurance policy to achieve better development,and the basic goal of covering the whole Guangdong Province before 2020. |
