The Study On The Problem Of Endowment Insurance Policy In China

In today's China, population aging has become an irreversible trend. By 2013, the number of the aged population in our country will exceed 200 million, which is the only country that has over 100 million elderly population in the world, and the burden is heavy. Pension has become a big social problem, reflecting the community's concerning to it. Starting in 1995, China first began to pilot social insurance in the state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises, including the pension insurance. From then on. our country had a formal policy of pension insurance. Government should take the main responsibility in the pension issue. The government has a lot of resources, and how to allocate these resources and how to make the elders enjoy a better life have become the focus of governments of all levels. But it is not realistic to only rely on the government to carry out the pension, and the pension problem is a work of coordination and cooperation in many aspects. A single link can not solve the problem perfectly. The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources and it is an essential to highlight the role of the market. To improve the current pension policy is of great significance in the development of the pension in the future. Endowment insurance and citizen pension have great importance.. Now China is carrying out the dual system of endowment insurance policy. How to ensure the greatest degree of later life of each class has been put forward to the development of endowment insurance policy. We need to assess the current endowment insurance policy, make clear of all the advantages and disadvantages that are now being implemented old-age insurance policy, put forward opinions on the improvement of the policy, understand the current implementation of the policy and make sure of the degree of implementation. Only in this way can we evaluate it effectively. For the purpose of deep understanding of China's pension insurance policy and finally solving the problem encountered in the implementation process of China's endowment insurance policy, this paper mainly studies the development of China's endowment insurance, policy implementation and evaluation.The first part of this paper introduces the background of the study.
